Step 1:
Once your Hdd or USB is plugged into your computer open up modio. once in modio select explore my device like below:











Then press file, open/close drive like below:











Then your hard drive should now be open and look like so

now we need to add XEX menu to the hard drive so that way it will show uo in the game library. so your first step is to click the thing that says content like so:















Then on the right side right click and press add new folder and then select it and presse rename and then name it this 0000000000000000(16 0's) like so:

Then press the content tab like before and then select your new folder that should be named downloads like so:















then drag the code 9999 of xex menu live to the Downloads folder(your 16 0's folder)then it will restart it again like before and it will be closed then if you go back to the downlaods folder it should say Xex menu like so:















then press file close drive and unplug it from your computer like so:











Step 6:
Plug you hdd back into jtag and Wah la you have XEX menu on your jtag under game library.
